Culture Village, also known as Jaddaf Waterfront, is a master-planned district on the banks of Dubai Creek between Al Garhoud Bridge and Business Bay Crossing. Conceived as a waterside community with an arts-led character, it blends residential buildings with a promenade, marina elements, and cultural venues.

Homes here are predominantly apartments, ranging from studios to larger three- and four-bedroom layouts. Architecture mixes contemporary forms with Arabic design cues, and quality is generally mid- to high-end. The residential stock includes mid-rise waterfront complexes as well as a few landmark high-rise towers, many offering creek or skyline views and direct access to the promenade.

Lifestyle is centred on the water. A landscaped creekside walkway with cycling and jogging routes links residential clusters to retail and dining at podium level. Residents typically have access to shared amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, children’s play areas, landscaped courtyards and secure basement parking. Day‑to‑day needs are supported by local supermarkets and convenience retail within the community, with larger shopping, entertainment and supermarkets available a short drive away in neighbouring districts. The area also hosts an established contemporary art centre with gallery spaces and an adjacent sculpture park.

Connectivity is one of the district’s strengths. Al Jadaf Station on the Dubai Metro Green Line sits nearby, and road access is straightforward via Al Khail Road and the two creek crossings, placing Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Healthcare City and Dubai International Airport within easy reach. Water transport links along the creek operate in the wider area, adding to the district’s canalside appeal.

Overall, Culture Village offers creekside living in a developing, culturally oriented setting, combining modern apartment living with waterfront leisure, promenade access and convenient links to key parts of the city.
