Lamborghini Mansions – Majestic Vistas is a golf-front enclave within Dubai Hills Estate, positioned along the community’s 18‑hole championship course in the city’s “green heart.” Set near the intersections of Al Khail Road (E44) and Umm Suqeim Street (D63), it offers convenient road connectivity to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, typically within a 15–20 minute drive depending on traffic.

The residential collection is composed of standalone, ultra‑luxury six‑bedroom villas designed in collaboration with the Lamborghini brand. Homes are contemporary in style with expansive glazing, double‑height spaces and generous indoor–outdoor layouts oriented to fairway and skyline views. Plots and built‑up areas are substantial by Dubai standards, and most residences include private pools, landscaped gardens, staff quarters and multi‑car parking. Within the wider sub‑community, planning emphasizes privacy and frontage onto green corridors, with only a limited number of villas built around the course.

Lifestyle in Majestic Vistas centers on open space and recreation. Residents have immediate access to Dubai Hills Golf Club and the district’s network of parks, jogging and cycling tracks, as well as nearby tennis and multi‑sport courts. Dubai Hills Mall is a short drive away for daily retail, dining and entertainment, alongside community supermarkets and services. Families benefit from established nurseries and schools within Dubai Hills Estate offering British, IB and Indian curricula, and healthcare is supported by nearby hospitals and clinics including a major international hospital in the district. Public transport is improving across the wider area; while there is no metro station inside the estate, several Red Line stations are reachable by car, and local bus services operate around adjoining neighborhoods. Overall, Lamborghini Mansions – Majestic Vistas combines a low‑density, golf‑side setting with high‑specification villa living and strong access to city hubs via major highways.
