Aurora is a contemporary residential tower in Dubai Marina, set within the Marina Promenade cluster along the waterfront. Completed in 2008, the freehold building rises 23 storeys and forms part of a six‑tower complex linked by a landscaped podium that opens directly onto the marina walkway, with close views toward the yacht berths.

Homes here are primarily apartments, with layouts typically spanning studios to one‑ and two‑bedroom units. The building quality reflects the wider Marina Promenade aesthetic: modern high‑rise construction, floor‑to‑ceiling windows in many units, and a podium shared with neighbouring towers. On‑site amenities include a gym, swimming pool, squash court and communal areas, with additional leisure spaces such as children’s play zones and barbecue areas provided within the complex. Retail and dining line the promenade at ground level and around the marina, adding to a lively yet polished waterfront atmosphere.

Aurora benefits from strong connectivity. King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street links the tower to Sheikh Zayed Road, while public transport options include the DMCC Metro Station on the Red Line, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram stop within walking distance, and nearby bus services such as routes 8, 84 and N55 from the JBR2 stop. Everyday conveniences are close at hand, and popular leisure destinations like the beach and the marina walk are easily reached on foot. The location also places residents within a short drive of employment hubs in Dubai Media City and surrounding districts.

Overall, Aurora suits those seeking an established waterfront address with practical amenities and immediate promenade access. The combination of apartment types, shared podium facilities and proximity to metro, tram and major roads makes it a convenient base for professionals and couples, while the landscaped podium and recreational areas add appeal for everyday living.
