Bonaire is a residential tower within the four-building Park Island complex in Dubai Marina, a high-density waterfront district known for its urban skyline and direct access to the marina promenade. Developed by a leading master developer and completed in 2010, the 28‑storey high-rise offers contemporary marina living with views over the water and the surrounding cityscape.

Apartments in Bonaire are predominantly one- and two-bedroom layouts with open-plan living areas and floor-to-ceiling windows typical of Dubai Marina’s modern high-rises. As a freehold building, it attracts both homeowners and investors seeking quality finishes in a well-managed setting. The tower’s design aligns with Park Island’s clean, modern aesthetic, and residents benefit from secure, covered parking and high-speed elevators.

Lifestyle amenities are a key draw. Within Park Island, residents typically enjoy outdoor swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, squash courts, and dedicated children’s play areas. Concierge and 24-hour security are standard, and the complex includes landscaped communal spaces with additional leisure rooms such as billiards and table tennis. Day-to-day convenience is enhanced by on-site or nearby cafés, supermarkets and services along Marina Walk, while nurseries such as Toddler Town and Mosaic are in the wider neighborhood.

Bonaire is well placed for getting around the city. Sheikh Zayed Road is accessible within minutes, and the area is served by the Dubai Tram with easy connections to Red Line Metro stations. Dubai Marina Mall and Marina Walk are close by for shopping, dining and entertainment, and The Walk at JBR and the public beach are reachable on foot or via a short drive depending on the chosen route. Overall, Bonaire suits those seeking a waterfront address with comprehensive amenities and convenient links to key business and leisure hubs.
