DEC Twin Towers 1, commonly known as DEC Tower 1, is a 21‑storey residential building within the DEC Towers complex in Dubai Marina. Set at the western end of the marina, it offers an established urban waterfront setting with easy access to beaches, promenades and everyday conveniences.

The tower features a mix of studios and 1‑, 2‑ and 3‑bedroom apartments, many with balconies and layouts known for generous internal space. A five‑storey podium links the two buildings in the complex and accommodates parking and ground‑floor retail. Typical finishes are contemporary and functional, with high‑speed elevators serving the residential floors.

Lifestyle amenities in and around the building include a swimming pool, fully equipped gym, tennis court and a children’s play area, along with 24‑hour security and CCTV. Street‑level shops, cafés and supermarkets are close at hand, and Marina Walk and JBR Beach are within easy reach for dining, leisure and shoreline access. Upper‑floor apartments can capture marina, city or partial sea views depending on orientation.

Connectivity is a key advantage. Sheikh Zayed Road is quickly accessible for car travel across the city, while public transport options in the vicinity include the DMCC Metro Station and Dubai Tram stops serving the wider Marina and JBR districts. Business hubs such as Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City are a short drive away, adding weekday convenience to a predominantly residential, community‑focused address.
