DEC Twin Towers 3 (Podium) is part of the DEC Towers residential complex in Dubai Marina, a lively waterfront district known for its skyline, promenades and easy connectivity. The development sits toward the southern end of the marina with straightforward access to Sheikh Zayed Road, positioning residents for convenient commutes to business hubs and nearby leisure destinations.

Homes in the complex are primarily apartments, with studios as well as 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts found across the towers. Completed around 2009, the buildings present a contemporary mid- to high-rise profile and are linked by a multi‑storey podium. The podium level hosts select retail and everyday conveniences, enhancing the resident experience with services close to home.

Lifestyle is a clear draw. The shared facilities typically include a gym and swimming pool, while the complex also offers a tennis court, squash court and an outdoor jogging track. The marina’s pedestrian paths and waterside cafés are within walking distance, and popular beach and retail attractions at JBR are a short drive away. Each apartment is allocated at least one parking space, and on-site security and concierge services support day-to-day living.

Connectivity is strong for both drivers and public transport users. The location offers quick entry and exit to Sheikh Zayed Road, while the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram stop is only a few minutes away by car. For Metro access, DMCC Station can be reached on foot in roughly 10 minutes depending on the route taken. From the podium, residents can step out to nearby supermarkets, casual dining spots and community services, with Dubai Marina Mall and The Beach reachable in under 10 minutes by car in typical traffic.

Overall, DEC Twin Towers 3 (Podium) provides practical marina living with apartment options suited to singles, couples and small families, supported by a comprehensive podium environment and a well-established set of recreational amenities.
