The Atlantic is a mid-rise residential building in Dubai Marina, one of Dubai’s most established waterfront districts. Set along the marina, it offers a contemporary urban lifestyle with direct views over the water and the surrounding promenade.

The building comprises freehold apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts across 18 residential floors, with a total of 82 units. Completed in 2014, it presents a modern glass-lined façade and well-proportioned interiors; larger homes often include expansive terraces oriented toward the marina. Typical features in the tower include basement parking, 24-hour security with CCTV and concierge services.

Residents have access to a dedicated health and leisure offering, including a gym with panoramic marina outlooks, a rooftop swimming pool with sundeck, an open-air jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms, and a children’s play area. Day-to-day convenience is supported by lobby reception and high-speed lifts, while the wider Dubai Marina precinct places supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday services within easy reach.

Connectivity and leisure are key advantages. Tram stops such as Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 and Marsa Dubai are a short drive away, and popular destinations including Dubai Marina Mall, JBR Beach and The Walk at JBR can be reached in minutes. The setting is lively and amenity-rich, balancing waterfront recreation with access to retail and dining. One practical point to note is that public parking around the building is limited, so visitor spaces can be in high demand.
