Cricket Tower is a mid-rise residential building in Dubai Sports City, a mixed-use district in the emirate’s southwest known for its sporting venues and value-focused apartment living. Developed by Falak Properties, the tower rises 15 storeys and was completed in 2011. It contains around 140 freehold apartments in a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts, many with balconies and open views across the community.

Homes in the tower are typical of the area’s practical, contemporary style, with tiled floors and large windows. Building facilities include a staffed lobby with 24-hour security and CCTV, high-speed elevators and two basement levels of residents’ parking, with at least one allocated space per apartment. For leisure, residents have access to a gym, swimming pool and a children’s play area, while small community parks are located nearby. Day-to-day needs are covered by a choice of supermarkets, cafés and services within a short drive, and there are nurseries and British-curriculum primary schools in the surrounding neighbourhoods.

The location offers straightforward citywide access. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are close, providing links to major employment hubs and coastal districts. By car, the Dubai International Cricket Stadium is only a few minutes away, and other family attractions such as the wider Dubailand leisure precinct are within easy reach. Public transport is available via local bus stops in Sports City with connections toward metro interchanges; however, the nearest metro stations are a 12–15 minute drive, so driving or ride-hailing is generally more convenient.

Cricket Tower suits residents seeking an active, community-oriented environment without the intensity of the city’s denser beachfront districts. The wider master development offers jogging and cycling paths, sports academies, golf and multi-sport venues, as well as everyday retail and healthcare options. While the area continues to develop in places, the building’s established status and access to key roads make it a practical base for singles, couples and small families looking for straightforward apartment living in Dubai Sports City.
