Parkside 2 – also known as Expo Golf Villas 2 – is a gated villa community within Emaar South in Dubai South, close to Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport. Planned as a family-oriented enclave beside landscaped parks and an 18‑hole golf course, it offers a quieter suburban setting on the Dubai–Abu Dhabi corridor with road access to Emirates Road (E611). The community was handed over in October 2022.

Homes here are contemporary three and four bedroom villas and townhouses with clean, modern façades and large windows. Typical layouts include open‑plan living spaces, en‑suite bedrooms, a maid’s room, terraces and private gardens, with covered parking provided on plot. The streetscape is low‑rise and uniform, designed around pocket parks and green corridors that link clusters back to the wider Emaar South master plan.

Day‑to‑day life centres on shared neighborhood amenities. Residents have access to outdoor swimming pools, a gym, children’s play areas, walking and cycling paths, and community lawns, with additional retail and convenience options distributed across Emaar South. The adjoining championship golf course and clubhouse are a key attraction, while Expo City Dubai’s event venues and attractions are within an easy drive. Larger shopping, dining and leisure options, as well as clinics and pharmacies, are found in nearby districts such as Dubai Investments Park and Jebel Ali.

Connectivity is a defining feature. By car, Parkside 2 is about 9 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport and roughly 11 minutes from Emirates Road, with Jebel Ali Free Zone reachable in around 25 to 30 minutes, traffic permitting. Public transport in this part of the city is developing; most residents rely on private cars or ride‑hailing, with the Expo 2020 metro terminus at Expo City serving as the nearest rail connection by road. Families will find nurseries and schools in surrounding communities, including British, American and IB curricula in Dubai Investments Park and adjacent areas, generally within a 25 to 30 minute drive depending on the route.

Altogether, Parkside 2 suits those seeking newly built suburban villas in a planned golf community with straightforward access to the airport, Expo City and key employment hubs in the south of Dubai.
