Villa Amalfi is a gated residential enclave on Jumeirah Bay Island, just off the Jumeirah coastline. Set on elevated land near the centre of the seahorse‑shaped island, it offers a quiet, upscale environment with landscaped spaces and island skyline views, while remaining within easy reach of Dubai’s main business and leisure districts.

The community is composed of contemporary three‑ to five‑bedroom houses arranged around a private park of about 12,500 sq m. Homes are typically three storeys with rooftop terraces, floor‑to‑ceiling windows and high‑quality finishes; most include private lifts and parking for at least two cars. Layouts generally feature multiple living areas, en‑suite bedrooms and outdoor spaces designed to capture views toward the Gulf or the Dubai skyline.

Lifestyle facilities are a core part of the offering. Residents have access to the central park, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre with changing rooms, children’s play areas and multi‑use sports courts. The wider island adds a waterfront promenade, a yacht marina and fine‑dining options, contributing to a resort‑style feel while keeping the community atmosphere low‑density and family‑oriented.

Access to the mainland is via Jumeirah Street (D94). By car, Business Bay and DIFC are typically around 15–20 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport is roughly a 20–25‑minute drive, traffic permitting. Public transport is limited on the island; the nearest bus stops and metro stations are on the mainland, with Business Bay Metro among the closest options. Taxis and ride‑hailing services are commonly used for door‑to‑door trips. Day‑to‑day needs can be met in nearby Jumeirah and City Walk, while major leisure venues such as urban parks, indoor attractions and arenas are within a short drive.

Overall, Villa Amalfi suits residents seeking modern, low‑rise island living in freehold homes with community amenities, balanced by straightforward road access to central Dubai and the city’s coast.
