Alandalus Apartments C is part of the Al Andalus enclave within Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai, a master community known for its two championship golf courses and landscaped lakes. The building sits in a gated, low‑ to mid‑rise cluster of seven towers surrounded by greenery, with convenient access by car via Al Fay Road to the wider city.

Residences in Alandalus Apartments C are predominantly one‑ to three‑bedroom apartments, with some larger layouts featuring a study or maid’s room. Interiors are contemporary and practical, typically offering open‑plan living, fitted kitchens, built‑in wardrobes and balconies that take in community or golf course views. Construction quality across the Al Andalus cluster is modern, with basement or podium parking and 24‑hour security.

Life here has a calm, suburban feel with resort‑style touches. Residents benefit from shared pools and a well‑equipped gym, landscaped walking paths, children’s play areas and access to the wider Jumeirah Golf Estates amenities, including a clubhouse environment and neighborhood retail. Everyday needs are met within a short drive, and there is a mosque within the Al Andalus community. Nearby family conveniences include schools such as Victory Heights Primary School, GEMS United School and Sunmarke School, while healthcare options in the vicinity include clinics in Dubai Production City and a major hospital in Dubai Investments Park.

Connectivity is geared to motorists. From this part of Jumeirah Golf Estates, major corridors link to key destinations across Dubai, and daily commutes to neighboring districts such as Dubai Sports City and Jumeirah Village Triangle are straightforward. Public transport is limited in the immediate area, so most residents rely on private cars or ride‑hailing.

Overall, Alandalus Apartments C offers modern apartment living in a quiet, green setting with golf community advantages, a family‑friendly atmosphere and convenient road access to the city’s business and leisure hubs.
