Artistic Townhouses is a small, gated row of triplex homes in District 15 of Jumeirah Village Circle, a master community in the heart of new Dubai. Developed by Artistic Property Development and completed in 2016, the enclave comprises around a dozen four-bedroom townhouses arranged along a quiet internal street, giving it an intimate, neighbourhood feel within the wider JVC setting.

Residences are contemporary in style, typically spanning three levels with ensuite bedrooms, maid’s quarters, balconies and private parking. Finishes are modern and practical, and many homes include private outdoor space; layouts commonly feature a garden and barbecue area, and select units are equipped with a private swimming pool. As a gated micro-community, on-site provisions generally focus on security and housekeeping services, while broader lifestyle amenities are drawn from the surrounding JVC district.

Life here benefits from JVC’s family-oriented environment of parks, playgrounds and jogging paths, alongside convenient everyday retail, cafés, salons and fitness centres spread throughout the community. A community pond and several sports grounds sit within short driving distance, and residents have access to nurseries and schools located in and around JVC and neighbouring districts.

Connectivity is a key advantage. Lazuward Southwest Street links the townhouse row to Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), placing major employment hubs and coastal destinations within straightforward driving reach. Public transport in JVC is improving but remains limited compared to more central districts; bus services operate within the community, while the Dubai Metro requires a transfer by car or bus to nearby stations.

Overall, Artistic Townhouses suits households seeking low-density, townhouse living with the conveniences of a larger master community. It offers modern triplex layouts, a calm residential atmosphere and quick road access, while everyday shopping, schooling and leisure needs are met within the wider JVC area.
