Bloom Tower B is a modern high-rise within the three-tower Bloom Towers complex in Jumeirah Village Circle, District 10. Set on the community’s outer edge, it offers an urban, well-connected base with a residential feel, appealing to young professionals and small families seeking contemporary living in JVC.

Apartments in Bloom Tower B are predominantly studios and one-bedroom layouts, with efficient floor plans designed to maximise light and space. Many homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and open or semi-closed kitchens, along with allocated covered parking. Finishes are modern and practical, and upper floors can capture open community or distant skyline views.

Residents have access to a comprehensive amenity roster shared across the complex. Facilities typically include a large outdoor swimming pool with sun deck, one or more well-equipped gyms, sauna and steam rooms, and a landscaped jogging track or walkway. Social and work-from-home needs are supported by resident lounges or co-working areas, and the development is known to offer community-focused spaces such as a private theatre/cinema and an amphitheatre. There are landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, 24-hour security, concierge services and on-site retail for daily conveniences.

Connectivity is a key strength. The building offers straightforward access to Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Hessa Street, putting major destinations within typical driving reach, such as Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai in roughly 15–20 minutes in normal traffic. Within JVC, Circle Mall, supermarkets, cafés and neighbourhood parks are a short drive, and local bus routes and taxis provide additional transport options. Overall, Bloom Tower B combines high-rise convenience with a community setting, delivering contemporary apartments and a wide range of amenities in one of Dubai’s most established midtown districts.
