Dezire Residences is a mid-rise residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), District 17. The tower has 15 storeys and was completed in 2020, reflecting the contemporary, community-focused character of JVC with a calm suburban atmosphere and convenient city access.

Homes in the building comprise studios as well as 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Layouts are designed for practical living, with modern finishes typical of recently delivered JVC residences. Many units enjoy open community views thanks to the mid-rise scale and surrounding low- to mid-rise streetscape.

Residents have access to on-site lifestyle facilities, including a staffed lobby with high-speed lifts, a fitness gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s play area and a multi-purpose/community hall. The building offers covered parking, 24-hour security with CCTV and central air conditioning. Daily needs are supported by retail and services available within the wider neighbourhood.

Connectivity is a key advantage. JVC links to major routes such as Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), placing Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City and other employment hubs within typical driving reach. Public transport is available via nearby JVC bus stops, including JVC, Diamond View 3, which can be reached on foot, while metro access generally requires a short drive, with stations such as Al Furjan and Discovery Gardens around 15 minutes away, and Dubai Internet City approximately 17 minutes by car.

The location is family-friendly, with established education options close by. JSS International School is about a 5-minute drive, Kids World Nursery is roughly 4 minutes away and Nord Anglia International School is around 11 minutes by car. Popular leisure destinations, including Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden, can be reached in about 11 minutes, adding seasonal attractions to weekend plans. Overall, Dezire Residences offers modern apartments with straightforward amenities in a well-connected JVC setting suited to everyday living.
