Bali Residences is a contemporary apartment building in District 3 of Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), a suburban community in Dubai known for landscaped parks and a calm, residential feel. Set between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44), the location offers straightforward road connectivity to key leisure and employment hubs.

Homes here are primarily studios and one-bedroom apartments with open-plan layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies in many units. Internal specifications in advertised homes typically include fitted kitchens, built-in wardrobes and modern bathroom finishes. The building’s shared facilities generally cover a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, sauna and steam rooms, children’s play areas, covered parking and 24-hour security/concierge.

Day-to-day living is supported by JVT’s established amenities. Residents have access to community parks and jogging paths, local supermarkets and neighborhood retail. A selection of nurseries and schools operates within or near the wider JVT area, and there are clinics and pharmacies in adjoining districts. The community’s low-rise streetscape and green spaces contribute to a family-friendly atmosphere, while larger shopping, dining and entertainment destinations in Dubai Marina, JBR and Mall of the Emirates are reachable by car.

Public transport in this part of the city is limited compared to central districts, so most residents rely on driving or ride-hailing for commutes. From JVT, travel times to coastal destinations and business areas vary with traffic, but the dual access to E311 and E44 helps streamline journeys across Dubai. Overall, Bali Residences suits those seeking modern apartment living with practical on-site amenities in a quieter, suburban setting.
