Alibaba Tower is a residential high-rise within the Living Legends community in Dubailand, a gated development set off Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) near Al Barari. The wider community is known for its landscaped setting around a nine‑hole golf course and a mix of apartment towers and villa enclaves, offering a quieter suburban atmosphere with city connections.

Homes in Alibaba Tower are apartments, consistent with the other themed towers in Living Legends. Floor plans across the cluster typically range from studios to family‑sized layouts, with enclosed kitchens and balconies in many units. Building finishes are contemporary and the tower sits amid established neighborhood infrastructure, including on‑site security and basement parking common to the residential buildings in the development.

Day‑to‑day conveniences are available within Living Legends itself, where residents have access to a retail center anchored by a supermarket, cafés, and essential services, along with children’s play areas and generous green spaces. The community’s setting appeals to families, with several schools and nurseries located in the wider Dubailand and Academic City corridor a short drive away. Major leisure destinations such as Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure are also nearby.

Connectivity is primarily by car. Mohammed Bin Zayed Road provides direct routes toward key business and lifestyle districts, while Academic City, Dubai Silicon Oasis and other parts of Dubailand are reachable in roughly 15–20 minutes in typical traffic. Public transport is limited in this part of the city, so most residents rely on private vehicles or app‑based ride services for daily commuting.
