The Haven – Tower B is part of a twin‑tower residential development in Majan, a community within Dubailand located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). The area is largely apartment‑led and continues to grow around landscaped public spaces, with popular family attractions such as Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure a short drive away. Tower B was completed in 2025, adding contemporary homes to a district known for convenient road connectivity to wider Dubai.

Apartments in Tower B typically range from studios to three‑bedroom layouts, designed with modern open‑plan living, large windows and private balconies. The overall build presents a clean, contemporary façade and efficient floor plates suited to both end‑users and investors seeking practical urban living in a developing freehold pocket of the city.

Residents benefit from a lifestyle offering that includes a clubhouse, swimming pools, a yoga studio and well‑equipped gyms, complemented by indoor and outdoor children’s play areas and co‑working spaces. The building provides a staffed lobby, high‑speed elevators and 24‑hour security. Parking is covered and solar‑powered, with electric vehicle charging available, reflecting the project’s focus on convenience and sustainability. Daily needs are well served in and around Majan, where supermarkets, clinics and casual dining options are increasingly accessible as the neighbourhood matures.

Access to the rest of the city is straightforward via E311, placing Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Silicon Oasis within typical commuting distance depending on traffic. Proximity to established communities such as Al Barari and Motor City adds retail, wellness and leisure choices, while the wider Dubailand corridor offers parks and seasonal events. Public transport options remain more limited than in core urban districts, so private car travel is the primary mode for most residents. Overall, The Haven – Tower B offers functional, modern apartments with a solid amenity mix in a well‑connected Dubailand location.
