Garden Homes Frond O, also known as Al Safawi, sits on one of the private residential branches of Palm Jumeirah. It is a shoreline enclave of standalone villas arranged along a curved, low‑density street with direct sand‑and‑sea frontage and open water or skyline views depending on orientation. Homes here are part of the wider Garden Homes collection on the fronds, distinguished by beach plots, private pools and a resort‑style setting.

Residences are detached villas, typically four to six bedrooms, with configurations common to Garden Homes such as Atrium Entry, Central Rotunda and Grand Foyer. Many have been refurbished or extended to G+2, while standard plots are around 6,700–7,300 sq ft with built‑up areas commonly in the 5,000–7,000 sq ft range. Every property benefits from a private swimming pool and gate‑to‑beach access from the rear garden. Elevated‑number addresses toward the tips of the frond tend to command broader sea aspects and long sunset views.

Day‑to‑day living is centred on the Palm’s trunk, a short drive away, where residents find supermarkets, cafés, gyms and community services; major beachfront dining destinations and hotel leisure facilities are located along the trunk and the outer crescent. Public transport on the fronds themselves is limited, though the Palm’s monorail operates along the trunk and to the crescent, offering connections to key attractions. Families will find nurseries on the island and established schools in nearby Al Sufouh and surrounding districts.

Access is by car via King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street (D94), linking the island to Sheikh Zayed Road for straightforward trips to Dubai Marina, Media City and the wider city. The overall character is quiet and residential, with 24‑hour security, private beachfronts and low through‑traffic, appealing to those seeking waterfront privacy within easy reach of the Palm’s retail and leisure hubs.
