Signature Villas Frond E, also known as Al Bumaan, is a beachfront crescent on Palm Jumeirah composed of standalone luxury villas arranged along private sandy shores. Set on the eastern side of the Palm’s fronds, it offers open Gulf water and skyline outlooks and a quiet, low‑density residential setting within one of Dubai’s most prominent island addresses.

Homes here are large, freehold villas typically arranged over two to three levels with 5 to 7 bedrooms, private pools, landscaped gardens and direct beach access. Built‑up areas commonly range around 7,000 to 8,000 sq ft on plots of about 13,400 sq ft, with layouts that often include maid’s and driver’s rooms and multi‑car garages. Signature Villas across the Palm are delivered in recognisable design families such as Gallery Views, Great Rotunda and other Arabic, Contemporary and European variants, many of which appear on neighbouring fronds and are also seen on Frond E. Upgrades and custom rebuilds are frequent, and many properties enjoy clear vistas toward Atlantis, The Palm, Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Marina skyline.

Daily life is anchored by island amenities on the trunk, including supermarkets and dining at major retail destinations such as Nakheel Mall and leisure promenades, with easy access to resort facilities across the Palm. Families find established education options within reach on the mainland, with schools such as iCademy Middle East, Dubai College and The International School of Choueifat in Al Sufouh frequently considered by Palm residents; nurseries on the island include Redwood Montessori and Blossom.

Connectivity is straightforward by car via Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) over the Palm’s road bridge. Public transport includes the Palm Monorail along the trunk, which links at Palm Gateway to the Dubai Tram and onward to the Metro’s Red Line, with taxis widely available. This puts Dubai Marina, JBR and Media City within a short drive, while Dubai International Airport is typically around 30 minutes in normal traffic.
