Signature Villas Frond N, also known as Al Naghal, is a waterfront row of luxury homes on Palm Jumeirah. Set along the outer “fronds” of the island, it offers a quiet, highly private residential setting with open sea and skyline vistas, including views towards landmark resorts on the crescent.

Residences here are standalone beachfront villas, typically configured with five to seven bedrooms. Many follow the established Signature Villa layouts of roughly 7,000 sq ft built-up area on generous plots, while others are extensively upgraded or fully custom-built, reaching larger footprints and adding features like roof terraces, gyms and extended pools. Every home benefits from direct private beach access, landscaped gardens and a swimming pool, with shaded parking within the plot.

Daily life revolves around the beach and outdoor spaces, with calm waters for paddleboarding and swimming and sunset views from garden decks. Retail, dining and leisure options are concentrated on the Palm’s trunk and crescent, a short drive away, while nearby mainland districts such as Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Al Sufouh broaden the choice of restaurants, clinics, salons and fitness facilities. Schools and nurseries are primarily off the island in neighbouring areas, reachable by car.

Frond N is accessed by road from the Palm’s trunk via Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). The Palm Monorail links the trunk to key destinations on the island and connects to the Dubai Tram and Metro via the Gateway station, though the fronds themselves are best reached by private car or taxi. Dubai International Airport is generally about 30 minutes by road, depending on traffic, and major business hubs such as Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City are within a short drive.

Overall, Signature Villas Frond N (Al Naghal) suits residents seeking a quiet, beachfront villa lifestyle with substantial indoor–outdoor space, strong privacy and quick access to the wider amenities of Palm Jumeirah and coastal Dubai.
