Ghadeer is a quiet, gated sub-community within The Lakes in Dubai’s Emirates Living. Set around landscaped waterways and tree-lined streets, it is known for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere close to two of the city’s best-known golf courses.

Housing here is predominantly villas, with layouts most commonly in three bedrooms. Homes are arranged across Ghadeer 1 and Ghadeer 2 and typically feature contemporary Arabian architecture, private gardens and covered parking. Many properties back onto green spaces or community lakes, enhancing privacy and views.

Daily life in Ghadeer benefits from the wider amenities of The Lakes. Residents have access to a dedicated community club offering swimming pools, a gym and fitness studios, as well as squash, tennis and volleyball courts. The neighbourhood also includes parks, playgrounds, barbecue areas and shaded jogging and cycling paths. Essential retail such as supermarkets and convenience shops, along with salons and casual dining, can be found in and around the community, while larger shopping destinations are a short drive away. Families will find nurseries and schools in the surrounding Emirates Living districts, and medical clinics and pharmacies are available in nearby communities.

Connectivity is a key advantage. First Al Khail Street (D86) runs alongside the neighbourhood and links directly to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), putting business hubs and coastal districts within easy reach. By car, Dubai Marina is roughly 13 minutes away, with Palm Jumeirah and other leisure destinations accessible in similar travel times. Public transport does not run inside this gated enclave, so most residents rely on private cars or ride-hailing, with Red Line metro stations located in adjacent areas.

Overall, Ghadeer appeals to those seeking low-density villa living with mature landscaping, lakeside paths and strong community facilities, while remaining well connected to key employment centres and waterfront attractions.
