The Oasis is a master-planned residential community in Dubai positioned within the wider Dubailand area. Set amid landscaped greenery and man‑made water features, it is planned as a low‑density enclave of premium homes with strong road connectivity. Access is expected via Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road (D54) and Jebel Ali–Al Hibab Road (D57), with wider links toward Emirates Road. Nearby leisure and retail destinations include established community centres and several noted golf clubs.

Residential options focus on larger freehold homes, primarily 4 to 6‑bedroom villas in the earlier phases, alongside collections of 6 and 7‑bedroom mansions in subsequent releases. Architecture across the phases varies from contemporary to more classical interpretations, typically featuring generous plot sizes, multiple parking spaces and extensive outdoor terraces. Sub‑communities such as Palmiera, Mirage and Lavita help define the mix, with the overall positioning aimed at spacious, resort‑style living.

Lifestyle planning places emphasis on water‑adjacent recreation and everyday convenience. Master plans and sub‑community guides outline a swimmable lagoon, beaches, community parks and pocket gardens, along with jogging and cycling tracks. Proposed social and wellness facilities include a community centre, pools, spa and fitness amenities, outdoor sports courts, event lawns and barbecue areas, plus provision for a mosque and children’s play spaces. Retail outlets are anticipated within the community, with additional shopping and dining available in nearby districts.

Connectivity is a core selling point, with planned entrances tying into D54 and D57 for straightforward movement across the city. The setting places residents within reach of multiple international golf courses and established hubs for daily needs, while remaining somewhat removed from denser urban zones to preserve a quieter, family‑friendly feel. As a largely off‑plan development with phased handovers, on‑ground facilities will scale up as each phase completes.
