Within The Valley, residents typically have access to pools, gyms, play areas and clubhouse facilities at the sub-community level, while larger destinations such as Golden Beach, the Town Centre and sports amenities serve the wider development. As new phases hand over, additional services and recreation areas are expected to come online, further integrating residential streets with parks, trails and family facilities.
