The Views is a well-established Emaar community in the heart of Dubai, set between The Greens and Emirates Golf Club as part of the wider Emirates Living master development. Built around a man‑made canal and lakes that link to the golf course, it offers a calm, landscaped setting close to key business districts such as Dubai Internet City, Media City and Knowledge Park.

Residential options are predominantly apartments across low-, mid- and high‑rise buildings, with layouts from studios to three bedrooms. Many homes enjoy open aspects over the water or fairways, and most towers follow contemporary designs with good-quality finishes. A limited selection of attached homes exists in gated villa enclaves such as Golf Villas and Canal Villas, adding some townhouse-style living to an otherwise apartment-led address.

Day‑to‑day life is centred on shared facilities and outdoor spaces. Most buildings provide temperature‑controlled pools, well‑equipped gyms, children’s play areas, multi‑purpose rooms and barbecue terraces. Pathways around the lakes and canal encourage walking and jogging, and the proximity to Emirates Golf Club adds an additional leisure draw. Retail, cafés, services and a community centre in neighbouring The Greens place everyday conveniences within easy reach, while larger malls and beaches are a short drive away.

Connectivity is a major advantage. The community sits close to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and First Al Khail Street for fast access across the city. Public transport links include feeder buses F31 and F35 running to the Red Line at Dubai Internet City Metro, with additional bus stops dotted through The Greens and The Views. Families find a choice of nurseries nearby along with Regent International School in The Greens; higher education options such as the American University in Dubai and institutions in Knowledge Park are within a short commute. Healthcare clinics in Barsha Heights and major hospitals in Al Barsha are also readily accessible. Overall, The Views pairs a green, waterside outlook with central-city convenience and a comprehensive set of residential amenities.
