Noor Townhouses is a residential enclave within Town Square Dubai, set in the Al Yelayiss 2 area of the city. Designed as a family‑oriented, low‑rise neighbourhood, it offers modern living in a master community known for large green spaces and everyday conveniences.

Homes here are predominantly 3‑ and 4‑bedroom townhouses, typically arranged in clusters with contemporary façades, open‑plan interiors and practical layouts that often include a maid’s room, private garden and two covered parking spaces. The community is gated with 24‑hour security.

Lifestyle in Noor centers on outdoor and recreational facilities spread across Town Square. Residents have access to jogging and cycling tracks, children’s playgrounds, shared swimming pools and gyms, and are within easy reach of Town Square Park with its skate park and seasonal splash features. Retail and dining options are available around the central park and community centers, supporting day‑to‑day needs without long trips.

Connectivity is straightforward by car, with direct links to Al Qudra Road (D63) and Emirates Road (E611), putting employment hubs and wider Dubai within commuting distance. Public transport is limited compared to inner‑city areas, though a local bus service (route J01) serves Town Square with stops near the townhouse clusters.

Essential services are accessible in the surrounding districts. Nursery options include Step By Step Nursery in Layan and Wonder Years Nursery in Remraam, while primary and secondary schooling nearby includes Ranches Primary School and South View School. For healthcare, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital on Umm Suqeim Street is a common choice; additional facilities in Dubai Investments Park are also reachable by car.

Overall, Noor Townhouses suits residents seeking a suburban setting with contemporary homes, community security and a strong emphasis on outdoor amenities, while relying mainly on private transport for citywide travel.
