Reem Townhouses is a gated sub-community within Town Square in the south of Dubai, known for a modern suburban feel and family-friendly environment. Set just off Al Qudra Road (D63) with quick links to Emirates Road (E611), it offers straightforward connectivity to key parts of the city while maintaining a quieter, landscaped setting.

Homes here are contemporary 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses arranged in neat clusters with private gardens and covered parking. Typical layouts feature open-plan living spaces, en‑suite bedrooms and, in many cases, a maid’s room and terrace or balcony. Community standards include shared facilities such as swimming pools, gyms and children’s play areas, with finishes and landscaping consistent with other established townhouse enclaves across Town Square.

Lifestyle in and around Reem Townhouses centres on extensive outdoor amenities. Residents have easy access to the 50,000 sq m Town Square Park, approximately 13 km of cycling trails and 10 km of jogging tracks, as well as a skateboard park and splash/water play areas. Day‑to‑day conveniences are close by, including supermarkets, cafés and casual dining, while a cinema and additional retail are found within the wider master development. Healthcare and education are well covered in the surrounding corridor, with clinics in Town Square and neighbouring communities, and reputable schools such as Jebel Ali School, Ranches Primary School and Fairgreen International School within a short drive.

Commuting is car-oriented, though public transport is available via nearby bus stops served by route J02 linking Town Square with adjacent districts. Driving times to major hubs generally range from around 25 to 35 minutes depending on traffic, with Downtown Dubai, major business districts and both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International Airports reachable via arterial highways. Leisure destinations including Al Qudra Lake, Dubai Miracle Garden and the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club are also within convenient driving distance, underscoring the area’s appeal to residents seeking space, greenery and community amenities without being far from the city.
