Town Square is a large master-planned residential community in south Dubai, set along Al Qudra Road (D63) and connected to wider routes such as Emirates Road (E611). Designed as a suburban address with plenty of green space, it spans around 154,000 sq. m. and includes a network of cycling, jogging and walking paths. Key leisure spots like Al Qudra Lake, Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club are within driving distance. Travel time to Dubai International Airport is cited at about 31 minutes, subject to traffic.

Homes here are mainly modern apartments in mid-rise clusters and contemporary townhouses laid out across distinct sub-communities. Ongoing and completed phases provide a broad choice of unit sizes from studios to three-bedroom apartments, alongside three- and four-bedroom townhouses. Building amenities typically include shared pools, gyms and children’s play areas, reflecting the community-oriented planning.

Daily life revolves around Town Square Park and a series of smaller gardens, with retail and dining options distributed across the neighbourhood. The setting is notably family-friendly, with landscaped play spaces and shaded paths, and the locality sits just south of established districts such as Mudon, Reem and Arabian Ranches 2. Residents also find essential services nearby, including grocery, clinics and nurseries, with additional schools and healthcare facilities in adjoining communities.

Access is primarily by car via Al Qudra Road, while public transport is available through bus services with stops inside the community, linking to adjacent neighbourhoods. The area’s road links make it practical for commuting to employment hubs on the city’s western and central corridors, while weekend recreation ranges from desert cycling around Al Qudra to seasonal attractions in Dubailand. Overall, Town Square offers a suburban atmosphere with modern housing stock, extensive green space and everyday conveniences at a comparatively accessible price point for Dubai.
