Chorisia Villas 2 is a contemporary villa enclave within Al Barari in Dubailand, known for its lush landscaping and low-density, nature-focused setting. Launched in 2021 as the second phase of the Chorisia collection, it comprises 57 semi‑detached, five‑bedroom villas, many set around a central lagoon. Handover has been completed, and the area reflects Al Barari’s modern architectural language with clean lines, large glazing and strong indoor–outdoor connections.

Homes in Chorisia Villas 2 are designed for family living, typically arranged over multiple levels with open‑plan living spaces. Private swimming pools, landscaped gardens and covered parking are standard features, while some residences incorporate elevators and staff accommodation. The community’s build quality is consistent with Al Barari’s premium positioning, pairing contemporary finishes with generous floor plans and abundant natural light.

Life here revolves around greenery and water features, with pedestrian-friendly streets and access to Al Barari’s wider network of themed gardens, parks, walking trails and wellness facilities. Residents have convenient access to cafés, casual dining, boutique retail and fitness offerings within the broader master community, along with recreational spaces and play areas. The setting suits those seeking a quiet, family‑oriented environment with ample private and shared outdoor space.

Chorisia Villas 2 is well connected by major roads, allowing straightforward drives to nearby leisure destinations such as Global Village and Cityland Mall, as well as to established business and lifestyle districts across the city. Reputable schools, including an American‑curriculum option in the immediate vicinity, enhance day‑to‑day convenience for families. While public transport options are limited in this part of Dubailand, the area’s road links support easy commuting by car to key hubs.
