Key shopping, cultural and leisure destinations such as BurJuman and Jumeirah Mosque are also accessible within typical Dubai driving times from the site.

Marina Place 2 is currently under construction with handover targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028. As the community evolves, residents can expect a waterfront address oriented to marina views, modern amenities and convenient access to central Dubai.
