Al Ghubaiba Metro Station on the Green Line can be reached by car in roughly 14 minutes, and the Al Ghubaiba Metro bus stop in around 16 minutes, providing links across the city. Key shopping, cultural and leisure destinations such as BurJuman and Jumeirah Mosque are also accessible within typical Dubai driving times from the site.

Marina Place 2 is currently under construction with handover targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028. As the community evolves, residents can expect a waterfront address oriented to marina views, modern amenities and convenient access to central Dubai.
