Bellavista C, historically marketed as Carson C, is a 33‑storey residential tower in DAMAC Hills, Dubailand. Positioned along The Drive and overlooking the community’s championship golf course, it offers a modern high‑rise living environment within a master community known for landscaped open space and leisure facilities.

Apartments in the building are predominantly studios with a selection of 1‑ and 2‑bed layouts. Interiors are contemporary, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows in many units to maximise natural light and views across the golf course and surrounding community. The tower is part of a three‑building complex and follows a consistent standard of finishes and services typical of newer high‑rise developments in the area, having reached completion in 2021.

Residents have access to on‑site lifestyle amenities including a temperature‑controlled swimming pool, a well‑equipped gym, spa facilities with steam/sauna, a children’s play area and a barbecue deck. Practical features such as high‑speed elevators, 24‑hour security and covered parking are provided. At street level, the Carson/Bellavista cluster includes a small retail component; a supermarket and a nursery operate within the complex, with additional everyday shops and services found around The Drive and at the nearby community mall.

The setting is one of the key draws. Trump International Golf Club and its clubhouse facilities sit a short drive away, while DAMAC Mall—featuring a range of retail, dining, fitness and medical services—is roughly five to seven minutes by car. For families, established schools in and around DAMAC Hills include Jebel Ali School, and early years options are close at hand.

Connectivity is by road. Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) links the community to wider Dubai, with Hessa Street and Emirates Road reachable via local arterials. Public transport is limited in the immediate vicinity; the nearest metro station at Jumeirah Golf Estates is around a 15‑minute drive, and the local J03 bus serves stops within DAMAC Hills. Ride‑hailing and taxis are commonly used for first‑ and last‑mile access.
