Bahar 6 is a 31‑storey residential tower in the Bahar cluster of Jumeirah Beach Residence, set along Al Mamsha Street between The Walk and Dubai Marina. Completed in 2007, it forms part of a large beachfront community known for high‑rise living, promenade dining and easy access to the beach.

Apartments in Bahar 6 range from studios to four‑bedroom layouts, with a limited number of four‑bedroom penthouses. Homes typically feature balconies, with many offering marina or sea views depending on orientation and floor. The building follows the mid‑2000s JBR aesthetic and includes high‑speed elevators, a staffed lobby and 24‑hour security.

Residents have access to practical on‑site amenities such as a gym, swimming pool and a children’s play area, along with covered parking. Ground‑floor retail adds convenience, including grooming and everyday services, while the wider JBR promenade places cafes, restaurants and beachfront leisure within a short walk. The community atmosphere is lively and pedestrian‑friendly, with JBR Beach and its water activities close by.

Connectivity is straightforward. Sheikh Zayed Road is the main arterial route for drivers, while public transport options include nearby Dubai Tram stops; the metro can be reached via a short drive or tram connection. Daily needs are well served in the immediate vicinity with supermarkets, pharmacies and clinics in and around the cluster, and Dubai Marina’s additional retail and services just across the canal.
