Public transport includes the Dubai Tram, with JBR 1 and JBR 2 stations serving the area, and connections to the Red Line Metro at nearby stations. Key destinations such as Dubai Marina Mall, Palm Jumeirah and business hubs along the corridor are within a short drive, while Downtown Dubai and the emirate’s airports are reachable by highway. Overall, Jumeirah Beach Residence offers an active, resort‑style urban setting with comprehensive amenities and a prime waterfront location.
