The Springs 7 is a gated sub-community within The Springs, part of Emirates Living in the western part of Dubai. Set around landscaped gardens and man‑made lakes, it offers a calm, suburban feel while remaining within easy reach of the city’s coastal hubs.

Homes here are mainly semi‑detached villas and townhouses in two- and three-bedroom layouts. Typical built-up areas range roughly from about 1,690 to just over 3,500 sq ft, with private gardens and covered parking for at least two cars being common features. Streets are quiet and residential, and many properties back onto green belts or water, adding to the neighbourhood’s tranquil outlook.

Day-to-day convenience is a strong point. Residents share The Springs’ community amenities, including swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, children’s play areas, outdoor barbecue spots and fitness facilities. A two-level community mall nearby brings a supermarket, clinics, pharmacies, cafés, casual dining and a cinema under one roof, while additional retail and services are available in adjacent Emirates Living centres. Masjid Wahid, the main mosque serving The Springs, is located in Springs 7. A selection of nurseries and schools lies within a short drive in the wider area, alongside primary healthcare providers.

Connectivity is straightforward by car via Al Asayel Street (D72), with quick links to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road. Public transport includes several community bus stops and access to Red Line metro stations along Sheikh Zayed Road; Dubai Internet City Metro Station is typically around an 8‑ to 10‑minute drive, traffic permitting. Key business and leisure districts such as Dubai Marina, Media City and Jumeirah Beach areas are generally reachable in about 10 to 20 minutes, while Downtown Dubai and the main international airport are farther but still commutable.

Neighbouring communities include The Meadows, The Lakes and Emirates Hills, with Jumeirah Village Triangle and Jumeirah Village Circle also close by. Altogether, Springs 7 combines low-rise residential living, practical amenities and green surroundings in an established Dubai address.
