Selling with OpenOffers
Let the market decide.
Not the first offer.
You set an asking price and a hidden reserve. Buyers compete on a public board, and a 7-day clock decides it once your reserve is met.
- 1% + VAT, on completion
- No sale, no fee
- 5-week time limit

Public, on the portals, and a binding “buy now” price: until the reserve is met.
Your hidden minimum, never above our median valuation. Buyers only learn it is capped at that number.

Three ways your sale ends
A buyer takes “buy now”
You get your asking price. Form F within 48 hours and a normal Dubai completion from there.
The reserve is met
A 7-day countdown starts. Every buyer sees the clock and the offers, and is invited to beat the highest offer.
The review date arrives
The leading buyer gets 48 hours to take it at your reserve. Otherwise, it's up to you whether you take an offer or relist.
What it costs

| A buyer who walks away | Loses their 10% deposit | The underbidder gets 48 hours, or the countdown restarts |
