Golf Towers Golf Villas is a low-rise residential cluster within The Links in The Views, a centrally located Emaar master development between Sheikh Zayed Road and First Al Khail Street. Set beside Emirates Golf Club and the community lake shared with The Greens, the setting is calm and green with long views across fairways and water.

Homes here are mostly 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and duplexes, with a number of ground-level duplexes having their own street-style entrances and commonly referred to as “villas.” Buildings are contemporary and well-maintained, with façades and layouts consistent with other mid-2000s Emaar developments in The Views. Many units look directly onto the golf course or over the canal and lake, which is a key draw for residents seeking established scenery rather than high-rise density.

Lifestyle is relaxed and community-focused. Shared facilities typically include temperature-controlled swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, landscaped courtyards, barbecue terraces and children’s play areas, while the broader Greens & Views neighborhood adds lakeside walking paths, pocket parks and pet-friendly open spaces. Daily conveniences are close at hand, with supermarkets, cafés, salons and pharmacies clustered in nearby community centers; schools, nurseries and clinics are available within a short drive across Emirates Living and Al Barsha.

Connectivity is a strong point. Residents have quick access to E11 and D86 for straightforward commutes to Dubai Marina, Media City and Internet City. Public transport is available via nearby bus stops in The Greens, and Dubai Internet City Metro Station on the Red Line is a short drive away. From this location, major destinations such as Dubai Marina Mall and Mall of the Emirates are within convenient reach, while the beachside areas of Al Sufouh and JBR are accessible by car in minutes.

Overall, Golf Towers Golf Villas offers established, low-rise living with mature landscaping and golf or water views in a central corridor of the city, appealing to tenants and owners who value a quieter setting without sacrificing urban access.
