Ellington The Watercrest is an off-plan residential enclave in District 11 of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, a low‑density area at the junction of Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Planned as a nature‑inspired community, it brings a quieter suburban feel within easy reach of central Dubai.

The master plan comprises contemporary three‑bedroom townhouses and four‑bedroom villas arranged in distinct clusters. Homes are designed with modern finishes and generous glazing, and selected units include private pools and landscaped gardens. Streetscapes and internal parks emphasize greenery, with properties positioned to capture community views rather than high‑rise outlooks.

Lifestyle in The Watercrest is centered on shared amenities. Plans include a clubhouse concept with river‑themed leisure spaces, swimming pools, shaded play areas, a lounge and creative zone, a yoga studio, an arcade room and an outdoor cinema, complemented by extensive lawns and walking paths. Day‑to‑day needs are served by retail and services planned within District 11 and the wider MBR City, while established schools and clinics in the surrounding districts add to the family‑friendly appeal.

Connectivity is by car, with no metro station inside District 11 at present. From The Watercrest, main arterial roads link to Business Bay and Downtown Dubai in roughly 20 minutes, depending on traffic, and to Dubai International Airport in around 25 to 30 minutes. Nearby destinations such as the Meydan area and major shopping and dining districts are accessible via E66 and E311, reinforcing the location’s balance of seclusion and city access.

As of late 2025, The Watercrest is offered on an off‑plan basis with an anticipated handover around the first quarter of 2028. Buyers typically find a choice of townhouse and villa layouts across the community’s clusters, with the overall positioning focused on low‑rise living, landscaped open space and family‑oriented amenities within MBR City.
