The Meadows is a mature, villa-only residential community in the Emirates Living master development in “New Dubai.” Set behind Jumeirah Lakes Towers and near Jumeirah Islands and The Springs, it is known for quiet, tree‑lined streets, man‑made lakes and a suburban, family‑friendly atmosphere. The community is arranged into nine gated sub‑neighbourhoods with more than 1,800 homes.

Residences are predominantly detached villas in two‑storey layouts, generally offering 3 to 7 bedrooms. Plots tend to be generously sized, many with private gardens and pools, and a number of homes enjoy golf course, lake or skyline views. The architectural style is contemporary Mediterranean, with stucco façades and tiled roofs, and overall build quality reflects the area’s status as one of Dubai’s established freehold villa districts.

Daily life centers on landscaped parks, lakeside jogging paths and a network of communal amenities. Residents have access to community swimming pools, children’s play areas, barbecue zones, multi‑use sports courts and fitness facilities. Two local retail centres serve the neighbourhood with supermarkets, cafes, salons and essential services, while clinics, pharmacies, mosques and pet‑friendly parks are within easy reach. A choice of nurseries and established schools offering British, American and International Baccalaureate curricula operate in and around the wider Emirates Living area.

Accessibility is a key advantage. The Meadows sits a short drive from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44), placing Dubai Marina, JBR, Media City, Internet City and Barsha Heights within easy reach. Nearby Red Line metro stations in JLT provide public transport options, and bus services operate from within the community. For leisure, residents benefit from proximity to a championship golf course and the beaches and dining destinations of the Marina and JBR, while everyday errands can be handled locally at the community’s retail hubs.

Overall, The Meadows offers a calm, low‑density environment with established landscaping and amenities, suited to households seeking villa living with convenient access to key employment and leisure districts.
