Madison Residency is a 25‑storey residential tower in Barsha Heights (formerly Tecom), a mixed-use district between Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City. Completed in 2009 by a major local developer, the building caters to professionals seeking an urban address with straightforward connectivity and everyday convenience.

Homes in Madison Residency comprise studio, one- and two‑bedroom apartments. Layouts are practical and typically include balconies, with higher floors benefiting from open city vistas and, in some cases, distant sea views. The building standard is contemporary, with central air conditioning, multiple high‑speed elevators and 24‑hour security. On-site facilities are in line with modern mid- to high‑rise living in the area, including a rooftop swimming pool, a well‑equipped gym, sauna and steam rooms, a children’s play area and a dedicated barbecue space. Residents have covered parking, and the tower is known to be pet‑friendly.

The location is a key draw. Madison Residency sits within walking distance of the Dubai Internet City Metro Station on the Red Line, placing major business districts and leisure destinations along Sheikh Zayed Road within easy reach. Drivers have quick access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Hessa Street, streamlining commutes to hubs such as Media City, Knowledge Park, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers. Daily needs are met by the community’s ground‑level retail, supermarkets, cafés and casual dining, while larger malls, beaches and parks are a short drive away. Healthcare clinics and nurseries are present in Barsha Heights and neighboring Al Barsha and Al Sufouh, with several established primary and secondary schools within a reasonable radius.

Overall, Madison Residency offers straightforward apartment living in a central, well-connected urban setting. Its mix of compact studios and larger one- and two‑bedroom units, practical amenities and proximity to the metro make it a functional option for commuters and city-focused households who value access over seclusion.
